Message	A friend of mine that races an 02 WRX invited me to an SCCA race this Sunday. zum and I went down there and watched for a little while (until my buddy tapped a curb and bent his Volk wheel and the control arm :uhoh: ) Anyway, he was nice enough to give me some pointers, walk the course and even ride with me a few times. Man it was a BLAST! I'm pretty much hooked. It was so cool to run the course and try to knock a little time off each time. I dropped a total of 5 seconds from my first run to the last run. The guy who had the lowest time of the day had an older 240Z surprisingly, since there were some pretty fast cars there (Viper, kit Cobra w/ a supercharged 302 etc.) just goes to show, it's not how fast your car can go, it's how fast you can drive your car. I highly recommend going to a race in your area if you can. Here are some pics and a video...... Video-right click save as
